The story

How it came together.

Problem

A traditional careers/about page tells clients and recruits about the team. We wanted to show them.

Approach

Built a navigable 3D office in Three.js, modelled meeting rooms and workstations, placed interactive avatars and project showcases throughout, and tuned the experience to load fast and run well on mid-range hardware.

Outcome

A WebGL office anyone can walk through in a browser — used by prospective clients to get a feel for how the team works without flying in.

What people said

Product Reviews.

Honest takes from people who actually use the product.

James H.

Studio principal

We were comparing studios for a client engagement and walking through the Irenicverse was what closed it. It's a portfolio piece that demonstrates the capability instead of describing it.

Yvette P.

Recruiter

Loaded fine on my Macbook Air. The navigation is intuitive, the meeting rooms feel like real spaces, the avatars are charming without being silly.

Faisal A.

I told three of my colleagues to look at this. It does what 'show, don't tell' is supposed to do for an agency website.

Diana K.

Brand director

We commissioned a similar virtual space for our own brand after seeing this. The team delivered on a tighter timeline than we expected.

What happens next

  1. We reply within 4 hours, from a real person, not an auto-responder.
  2. A short scoping call to understand the goal, constraints, and timeline.
  3. A fixed-scope discovery sprint: a working prototype and a written estimate.
