Conversation
A 30-minute call with the practice lead. Two-way: we learn about your work, you learn how we operate and what the role actually looks like.

Technical round
Either a short async take-home you can do on your schedule or a paired working session, depending on the role. No leetcode theatre.

Offer and onboarding
If we are a fit, you get a clear offer within a week. Day one you are paired with a senior on a real project, not a six-week training queue.

Hybrid + work from anywhere weeks
Office in your home city, with quarterly fully-remote weeks so you can travel or work from another timezone without burning leave.
Paid leave that you actually take
Annual leave, sick leave, and bereavement, plus paid time off between Dec 24 and Jan 2 every year. We track that leaders use their days.
Learning and conference budget
A yearly stipend for courses, conferences, books, or certifications. Pre-approval for amounts under the cap is a one-line ping.
Performance bonuses
Project-completion bonuses tied to milestones you helped ship. Reviewed twice a year, paid out the same quarter.
Parental leave
