    A hands-on AI internship for final-year students and recent graduates in computer science or a related field. Work onsite with our team on machine learning, automation, and real AI products. Basic Python or AI tooling is a plus.

    A 30-minute call with the practice lead. Two-way: we learn about your work, you learn how we operate and what the role actually looks like.

  3. 03

    Technical round

    Either a short async take-home you can do on your schedule or a paired working session, depending on the role. No leetcode theatre.

  4. 04

    Offer and onboarding

    If we are a fit, you get a clear offer within a week. Day one you are paired with a senior on a real project, not a six-week training queue.

    Engineer

    You ship features end to end on a single product surface, with regular review from a senior. Small enough scope to learn fast, big enough to own.

  2. L2

    Senior Engineer

    You scope and lead features across a whole product. You are the technical voice on client calls and the person juniors learn from.

  3. L3

    Staff Engineer

    You set the technical direction for a practice area. You make the architecture calls that compound across many projects and many engineers.

  4. L4

    Practice Lead

    You own the standard for one of the eight practices. Hiring, mentoring, scoping, and the engineering culture inside the discipline.

  • Hybrid + work from anywhere weeks

    Office in your home city, with quarterly fully-remote weeks so you can travel or work from another timezone without burning leave.

  • Paid leave that you actually take

    Annual leave, sick leave, and bereavement, plus paid time off between Dec 24 and Jan 2 every year. We track that leaders use their days.

  • Learning and conference budget

    A yearly stipend for courses, conferences, books, or certifications. Pre-approval for amounts under the cap is a one-line ping.

  • Performance bonuses

    Project-completion bonuses tied to milestones you helped ship. Reviewed twice a year, paid out the same quarter.

  • Parental leave

    Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers. We work with you on a phased return, not a hard cliff.

    At Practice Lead and above, a transparent profit-share plan tied to studio performance. The work you do at the top compounds for you, too.
