This policy explains how IrenicTech (“IrenicTech,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit irenictech.com, contact us, or engage us for client work. It applies to all three of our offices: Austin, Sharjah, and Karachi.

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information in three ways:

  • Information you give us directly. When you submit the contact form, book a discovery call, or write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company, the services you are interested in, and any project details you share.
  • Information your browser sends. Our hosting provider receives standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, referrer, page requested, timestamp) to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Information from engagement. If we start a client engagement, we collect contract, billing, and project data necessary to deliver the work and meet our legal obligations.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Reply to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Send you proposals, scoping documents, and contracts you ask for.
  • Operate and secure irenictech.com (rate limiting, abuse prevention, error monitoring).
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and audit obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
  • Improve our services and content. We never use your project details to train third-party AI models.

We rely on the following legal bases (where GDPR applies): your consent when you contact us, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site and responding to business enquiries, and our contractual and legal obligations to clients.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with a small set of processors who help us run the site and the business:

  • Hosting and infrastructure. irenictech.com runs on cloud infrastructure that processes request data on our behalf.
  • Email delivery. Contact-form submissions and transactional emails are delivered via Resend (resend.com).
  • Scheduling.Discovery calls are booked via Calendly (calendly.com) when you click a “Book a call” link.
  • Analytics and session replay. With your consent, Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures aggregate site usage and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records session replays and heatmaps. See “Cookies and tracking” below.
  • Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, and auditors under confidentiality where required.
  • Authorities. If required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Each processor is contractually bound to handle your data only as instructed by us.

4. Cookies and tracking

On your first visit, irenictech.com shows a consent banner. Until you make a choice, the site sets only the technical and functional storage required to render pages and remember your consent decision. No analytics or marketing tools run. If you accept the third-party category, we enable:

  • Google Analytics 4. Tells us how many people visit and which pages they read. It stays in cookieless mode and sets no analytics cookies until you opt in.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Records session replays and heatmaps so we can see where the site confuses people and fix it.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, and the consent banner will be shown again on your next visit.

5. International transfers

We operate from offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. Personal information you share with us may be transferred to and processed in any of these countries, plus the locations of the processors listed above. Where transfers leave the EEA, UK, or other regions with transfer rules, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep contact-form submissions and prospect correspondence for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless we have an active engagement, in which case we keep records for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by tax, accounting, or legal obligations. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; to withdraw consent at any time; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege provisioning, and dependency and secrets scanning on our own infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the site.
