The story

How it came together.

Problem

Most delivery apps tackle one side. Restaurants get a dashboard, customers get an app, and the rider experience is glued together with SMS. Coordination breaks under load.

Approach

Designed and shipped all three surfaces against one shared backend on AWS Amplify. Mapbox for routing, real-time order state synced across customer, rider, and restaurant, and a clean separation of concerns so each surface stays simple.

Outcome

Customers order, riders deliver, and admins manage from one connected stack. Live tracking across the funnel, no third-party glue.

What people said

Product Reviews.

Honest takes from people who actually use the product.

Sarah L.

Office manager

Used it for two weeks of office lunch orders. Live tracking actually matches the rider position. The split-cart across two restaurants worked first try.

Hamza A.

Rider

I'm a rider on this app and the route guidance is genuinely better than what I had on my old delivery gig. Dispatch is fast and the rider app doesn't fight me.

Daniela G.

Friend-group organizer

Ordering for six people from two different restaurants used to be a nightmare. Foodiver handled the split bill, the delivery, and the timing without any fuss.

Marco T.

The customer app reminds me of the early DoorDash days, before they added every imaginable feature. Just the essentials, fast.

Jenny W.

Restaurant owner

The restaurant admin side is the surprise. We onboarded in an afternoon and the order screen is clear enough that my kitchen staff didn't need a training session.
